WWW Wednesday (7.1.2020)

I’ve been having a lot of fun reading different book blogs lately and seeing what kind of weekly memes everyone takes part in and this one caught my eye so I figured I’d do it this week.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted on Taking On a World of Words (love that name!) and it’s a pretty simple one that consists of 3 questions which are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Keep reading to see my answers to these three questions!

Currently reading: I’m switching between All The Stars and Teeth and These Broken Stars. I’ve heard mixed things about All the Stars and Teeth but I’m very curious to see how it will unfold, and These Broken Stars just has one of the most beautiful covers I’ve ever seen so I hope the story will be just as beautiful but I guess we’ll see.

Recently finished The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. You can check out my previous post to see my review of that. Warning, there are spoilers but I put them at the end and marked it clearly so you should be able to skip them.

Planning to read next: It’s probably going to be either Crescent City or maybe The Beholder. I tend to be a mood reader so it will depend on which one sounds the most appealing to be at the moment. I’m leaning towards the Beholder because I need it to test an idea I have for an upcoming blog post but it’s just really going to depend when the time comes.

I have also been toying with the idea of re-reading a book I’ve enjoyed previously but I’m undecided. There’s so many new books to read, it kind of seems like a waste of time to read something I’ve already read. But we’ll see.

Leave me a comment with a link to your WWW Wednesday post, if you took part. Or let me know what your favorite weekly meme is so I can see if it’s something I might want to try!

  1. The Beholder has such a great cover! Enjoy your next reads; I hope they’re more satisfying than Collins. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

  2. I loved House of Earth and Blood! The Beholder is on my TBR, so hopefully I’ll be able to pick it up at some point soon. All the Stars and Teeth wasn’t my favorite, but I hope you end up enjoying it and whatever you decide to pick up next!!

    • I’ve been hearing that a lot about All the Stars and Teeth to be honest and I’m not that far into it but so far it seems…ok. We’ll see how it ends up going, I’ll just keep an open mind for now. 🙂 Thank you for your comment!
