WWW Wednesday

I really wanted to write a blog post today but I was completely stumped for a topic so I figured why not just take part in WWW Wednesday? So that is what I’m doing.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words that asks 3 questions, which are as follows:

What are you currently reading?

What did you finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

Keep reading below for my answers!

Currently: You guys. I’m reading a book. You’ll understand why this is a big deal if you’ve been reading my blog lately and listening to me whine about being in a reading slump. Ok so technically my problem has been staying focused on and therefore FINISHING all the many many many books I’ve started so I shouldn’t get ahead of myself since I have not finished this book yet either but…I’m remaining hopeful. The book I am reading now is Where Dreams Descend, and I’m definitely enjoying it so please cross your fingers for me that I will finish.

Last Book I Finished: Ugh…can we skip this? I don’t know, maybe the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes back in…June? Have I finished anything since? I don’t feel like I have. I’m telling you, this has been a struggle for me.

What’s Up Next: After I finish Where Dreams Descend I really want to read either the Library of the Unwritten OR Where the Forest Meets the Stars. Those are the two I’m most excited about at the moment but I’m also considering if this reading slump continues, I might re-read an old favourite instead because my logic is that maybe the familiarity of the story will be what I need. I don’t know, I’m grasping at straws here.

Well that is my contribution for WWW Wednesday this week. Let me know what your answers to these same questions where, or drop the link to your post if you took part this week so I can come check out your blog.
